So after spending one day of my weekend on the first stage of building my android app (Word Cram) for (as one would’ve guessed by now) helping cram the word lists required for many exams, I managed to compile the wordlist into the sqlite database in the format required by android. Here is the link for the database.
The database has two tables right now, one for the word-list and other for a root-list(for keeping word roots, if any).
Schema of first table:
Columns : (1) _id (2) word (3) meaning (4) rank (5) visit_count (6) root_id
Schema of second table
Columns: (1) _id (3) word_root (4) word_root_meaning
I have already explained and given reference as to how to import a database from your system to android app here.
Right now I am planning to associate the words with their roots for providing a better way to identify similar words. Other fields are right now for experimental purpose.
